His secret to good health includes regular workouts and physiotherapy. The video of his pool workout is now going viral online and inspiring fans.

The star of 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani', shared videos on his handle, showing himself floating in a swimming pool with a tube. In another clip, he exercises with a ball while an instructor guides him from a distance. The actor is seen wearing a blue T-shirt and a large hat to protect his head.

Dharmendra now includes exercise and physiotherapy in his daily routine. He opened up about it in a video saying, "Friends, I have started exercise and physiotherapy. It's going well, I'm feeling great. I hope you must be very happy to see me. Look at my thighs and muscles, Friends, Born to entertain and inspire you.... Love you all be happy healthy and strong."

On the work front, Dharmendra was last seen in 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' (2024) with Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon. He will next appear in Ikkis, directed by Sriram Raghavan, alongside Agastya Nanda.

Last month, veteran actor Dharmendra underwent eye surgery and was spotted by the paparazzi leaving a hospital in Mumbai with a bandage on his right eye. The 89-year-old actor politely interacted with the paparazzi outside the hospital, confidently assuring them that he is strong. Despite the surgery, he appeared in good spirits and reassured everyone about his health.
