Duplicate RCs, licences to be online soon in Raj

Jaipur: To enhance transparency and efficiency, transport department is working to expand services provided online under its "faceless management system". Officials say duplicate registration certificates (RCs) and driving licences will start being given online soon.

At present, six services, including renewal of driver's licences and address changes, are offered online. "With the faceless management system, the work of the department will be even more transparent, and the public will know the status of their application on real-time basis," said an official.
