EU building evacuation LIVE: EU staff evacuated after 'suspicious luggage' found

Police evacuated an EU building and cordoned off the main road in the European Quarters in Brussels, Belgium, on June 3. The evacuation was reportedly prompted by the finding of a "suspicious luggage" in the area.

The building evacuated was the Copernicus building, home to the digital department DG Connect within the EU Commission.
