At around 9:06 am, the girl Bhavika Chandane (4) was hanging halfway out of the third floor window. Hearing the sudden screams, Yogesh Chavan, who is posted in a fire station, reached his balcony and saw that the girl was hanging from the window. Yogesh wasted no time and knocked on the door, but the door was closed. Then he called the girl's mother, who had gone to drop her to school.
