Where security agencies even check mobile phones before anyone leaves, Katherine had pictures of houses and information about the hideouts in her hands which she was sending directly to Mossad.

News of change of location of officers leaked

When many senior Iranian officers started changing their locations in view of the growing tension between Iran and Israel, they were confident that they were now safe. But every attack was precise as if someone had made a map and given it to the army. Now when the Iranian intelligence agency investigated, the secrets of this case slowly started getting revealed. Catherine's face was revealed through the photographs taken with the officers, but by then it was too late.

Where is the 'killer beauty' now?

Katherine is currently missing. Iran's intelligence agency has distributed her posters and photos across the country but neither any clue nor any evidence has been found. According to some media reports, she may now go to some other country under some other identity. But at present she has become one of Israel's most talked about spying operations.
