Police have issued a major update after a man was stabbed outside a Starbucks on a busy UK high street.
Met Police officers were called to the attack and found a man in his 20s suffering from injuries at the scene. Medics rushed to the location to treat the victim who was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Shocking images captured the aftermath of the stabbing, with forensics teams seen carrying out work on the pavement. Witnesses described seeing "blood everywhere" after the attack took place in broad daylight. Onlookers who were urged to avoid the area described the incident as "scary".

The Met Police have since confirmed the condition of the victim and said his injuries are considered as non-life-threatening. The force also said that no arrests have been made after the attack in Streatham Hill, South London, on Monday afternoon.
In a statement, a spokesperson said: "Around 1pm on Monday, October 6, officers attended Streatham Hill, following reports of a stabbing. A man, aged in his 20s, was treated at the scene for a stab wound.
"He was taken to hospital, where his injuries were assessed as non-life-changing and non-life-threatening. Police are making enquiries, and no arrests have been made at this stage."
A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service said: "We treated a man at the scene before taking him to a London major trauma centre."
The stabbing has sparked concerns in the local community, with councillors also issuing a statement. Local councillor, Martin Abrams, posted on X: "Really shocking stabbing incident in Streatham this afternoon.
"Local Councillors are in touch with the Council and Police and will update with information as we get it."
