Noida: In a heart-wrenching incident late Saturday night (July 26) in Noida, a five-year-old girl died after a speeding BMW crashed into the scooter she was riding with her father and uncle.
The child, Aayat, was being rushed to hospital for treatment when the collision occurred in Sector-20. Her father and uncle sustained injuries and are currently hospitalised.

Rush to Hospital Ended in Devastating Crash
Gul Mohammad and his brother-in-law, Raja, were on their way to the Post Graduate Institute of Child Health in Sector 30 with little Aayat, who had fallen ill. But tragedy struck en route, when their scooter was hit by a BMW. Aayat died on the spot, while both men were seriously injured and had to be admitted to hospital.
Both men are residents of Sadarpur near Sector 45, and were reportedly trying to get urgent medical help for the girl at the time of the crash. The exact circumstances of the collision are under investigation, but initial visuals show that both vehicles suffered significant damage.
BMW Driver and Co-Passenger Arrested, Vehicle Seized
Noida Police have arrested the BMW driver, identified as Yash Sharma, a resident of Sector 37. The co-passenger, Abhishek Rawat, who owns a restaurant and lives in Sector 70, has also been taken into custody. The luxury car has been seized as part of the ongoing probe.
The Sector 20 police station has confirmed that a formal investigation is underway to determine the full sequence of events and responsibilities.
