Method
- First of all, take 1/4 cup of soaked almonds. If you have forgotten to soak almonds, then leave them in hot water for 30 minutes.
- This will remove the almond peel easily. Now put all the almonds in the mixer and grind them finely. We have to prepare almond milk.
- For this, it is necessary to grind the almonds well. After grinding almonds, prepare almond milk by adding 1 cup of water to it.
- Take half a cup of makhana, 1/4 tablespoon plain oats, and 1/4 cup black raisins or raisins of your choice.
- Now add 1 cup of almond milk to it, and the one we have prepared by grinding almonds. Soak all the things for about 15 minutes.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or mixer and add 1 chopped ripe banana to it.

- Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds. Also, add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of flax seed powder to it.
- Now add all the remaining almond milk and grind all the ingredients well in the mixer.
