There is big news for the students waiting for admission in PG i.e. postgraduate course in Delhi University (DU). The second phase process under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS-PG) 2025 is going to start from June 24. The first phase saw a good response from the students, where out of 13,432 seats, 11,314 seats were allotted and 7,586 candidates also accepted their seats.
It is worth noting that performance based courses like MFA, MA Music, BPEd, MPEd etc. were not included in the first phase. Seat allocation for these courses will be done in the further list.
The second allotment list will be released on June 24 at 5 pm, which candidates will be able to see on their dashboard. The last date for accepting the seat is June 27, 4:59 pm. After that, the online verification of the candidates' documents will be done by the college or department till June 28. The finally selected candidates will have to deposit the fees by June 29, 4:59 pm.
DU has opened the option of mid entry window for those students who did not apply in the first phase due to some reason. This window will be open from 5 pm on July 2 to 4:59 pm on July 4. During this time new candidates will be able to register and apply for their preferred seat.
The third allotment list will be released on July 8 at 5 pm. It will include seats for War Veteran (CW), Sports Quota, Ward Quota and Performance Based Courses. The last date for accepting the seat is July 10, verification is July 11, and the last date for depositing the fee is July 12, 4:59 pm.
DU is offering admission in 82 PG programs this time, in which a total of 13,432 seats are available, including NCWEB seats.
The registration process ran from May 16 to June 12, in which 53,609 candidates participated. Of these, 23,117 are men, 30,490 are women, and some transgender candidates are also included.
