A Shared Vision for Meaningful Storytelling
The upcoming slate has the promise to cross genres, with a Gujarati-language film being one of them — an important foray into regional cinema for both banners. Talking about the association, Vinod Bhanushali stated, “This association with Hansal and the team at True Story is an exciting new chapter for Bhanushali Studios as we continue to promote stories that are real and rooted in culture. Having a Gujarati-language film as part of our slate is of particular importance to us, as we look to bring regional stories to a wider community.”

Hansal Mehta on Creative Freedom
Hansal Mehta, the director of highly acclaimed films and series such as Scam 1992 and The Buckingham Murders, welcomed the collaboration with great enthusiasm. “Working with Vinod and Bhanushali Studios affords us the liberty to take risks with tales that are immediate and intimate. This slate showcases the type of cinema that provokes, strikes a chord, and lasts,” he stated.
